Star Scrubbies

Crochet scrubbies are a great way to use up leftover yarn from other projects. You can use these scrubbies to wash yourself or to clean your house. Cotton yarn works best for items like these. You can use any colors your heart desires. At the bottom of the post, I have some tips for using different colors, including red, white and blue stars.

Happy Cactus Pin Cushion

It seems everywhere I turn I see a succulent.  If you're like me (crafty with a black thumb), it might be better to make yourself a happy little cactus. If you're a crafter, you can stick all your pins in needles in your cactus. Or you can one of these cheerful guys for someone you know who also loves plants but also has a black thumb.

St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Boot Cuffs

Boot cuffs are some of my favorite things to make. Not only are they simple, but they work up pretty quick!

I don't know about you, but where I live, March is typically a pretty chilly month and still falls into the boot cuff season. But whether is cold or not, showing off your Irish spirit is a must for St. Patrick's Day!

Similar to my Santa Boot Cuffs, these cuffs can be worked up in a variety of sizes and each size does offer some stretch to it. I've written this pattern for three sizes - small, medium and large. If you're unsure of what size to make, measure around your calf where your boot cuffs will sit. To change sizes, increase or decrease the number of rows made until your beginning strip of rows can wrap around your leg.

Be A Unicorn Cup Cozy

Why be ordinary when you can be a unicorn!

Ok, so maybe we can't actually be unicorns (I know, it's sad and I apologize) but we can put a unicorn on our favorite cup and pretend as we sip on some glorious coffee. Or whatever your beverage of choice is. I don't judge... drink whatever you like 😉
